Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of ReplyHub. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use ReplyHub for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.
The service
ReplyHub drafts replies to Google reviews using AI and, depending on your settings, posts them to your Google Business Profile automatically or after your approval. You are responsible for the replies posted from your account, including automatically posted ones. Review your settings and the reply rules before turning on auto-posting.
Your account
- Keep access to your email secure; sign-in links are sent there.
- Don't use ReplyHub to post misleading, unlawful or abusive content, or in ways that break Google's policies.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers at risk.
Trials, billing and cancellation
New accounts get a 14-day free trial that starts when Google is first connected. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans anytime from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. “Unlimited” plans are subject to fair use.
AI-generated content
Drafts are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. We work to keep replies accurate and appropriate, but we don't guarantee any specific outcome, rating, or customer response.
Availability
ReplyHub depends on third-party services, including Google's APIs. If Google changes or limits access, some features may stop working. We are not liable for interruptions outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReplyHub is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
