Do you need my Google password?
No. You connect with Google's official sign-in and allow ReplyHub to manage your reviews. You can remove access anytime from ReplyHub settings or your Google account.
Can I check replies before they go live?
Yes. Choose “approve every reply” and we email each one. Tap the button, tweak it if you like, and it's posted. Or let 4–5 star replies post themselves and approve the rest.
How do you handle bad reviews?
Replies never argue or make excuses. They acknowledge the problem, apologize without admitting fault, and invite the customer to reach you privately at the contact you choose. By default, anything under 4 stars waits for your OK.
We're a clinic. Is that safe?
For medical, dental and wellness businesses, replies never confirm that someone is a patient and never mention treatments or visits.
What about reviews in other languages?
Each reply is written in the reviewer's language.
What happens to my older reviews?
Reviews older than 30 days when you connect go to a backlog, so nothing gets blasted out at once. Answer them with one click whenever you want.
